Shipping & GST

TAPSYNC is made in India. We ship physical cards and stands across India. We do not currently list international checkout. Write to hello@tapsync.in if you need a shipment outside India.

Cards and stands are made to the configuration in your order — name, finish, destination, Wi-Fi network. Dispatch happens after we confirm the order and payment. The ship date is on that confirmation. We do not list a day-count on this page because each object is encoded to what you configured. Digital TAPSYNC profiles are available as soon as you create them; they do not wait for the card.

Prices shown on the site include GST. TAPSYNC GSTIN 10AANCT6567F1Z7. When we confirm an order we email a GST invoice with that number. Add your GSTIN at checkout if you need it on the invoice as the buyer.

NFC and QR are tested against the destination you gave us. If a Card, Social or Review object opens the wrong TAPSYNC link, write to hello@tapsync.in — that is a software destination, not a reprint. If Smart Wi-Fi was encoded to the wrong SSID, or the object arrived damaged, write within seven days of delivery with photos. We replace manufacturing faults. We do not take returns on configured NFC products that were encoded correctly.
